Easy-Peasy Vegetable-Loaded Soup

beef broth and/or crushed tomatoes and/or tomato soup (or bisque) and/or tomato sauce and/or tomato paste
water, if needed
diced  tomatoes (fresh adds a great texture!)
celery, chopped
carrots, chopped
onion, diced
potatoes, cubed
peas and/or green beans (I used canned & frozen)
1-2 heaping teaspoons of minced garlic
