We’re just you’re plain ol’ married couple, who lives in a growing city that still has a small-town feel, which we love. We have a small house that’s perfect for us (finally planting trees!), and we had our first baby, Anna Grace, in September 2008, followed by 2 pregnancy losses in 2009 & then we joyfully welcomed Noelle Claire to our family in July 2010. Cate Elizabeth, born April 2012, is our sweet new additon to our family! Our girls are joys to our hearts!
Now I know that doesn’t really tell you who we are; these are just little tidbits of information to catch you up to speed. Hopefully through this blog you’ll be able to learn more about who we really are.
I can tell you a little bit, though, for fun:
We are goofy. We laugh, a lot, mostly at ourselves. We love being married and the companionship it has brought to us. I will probably be the one to post the most on this blog, since I’m wordy and Rust’s not. We worship Jesus Christ, and our faith in Him is the cornerstone of all aspects of our lives: marriage, family, work, friends.
By the way, this isn’t a “deep things” blog. This is just a fun, lighthearted way to keep everyone updated on our lives!
